The grooved pipe joint pipe connection system uses the pressure inside the pipe to influence the sealing of the sealing ring. The clamp clamps both ends of the pipe and wraps the sealing ring to realize the sealing connection of the pipe.

 

Before steel pipe connection, special grooving machine or trough machine shall be used to press out standard depth grooves at the end of steel pipe, galvanized steel pipe shall roll out grooves on steel pipe by grooving, and thick-walled steel pipe shall be grooved by car grooving. The connection method can be used to connect steel pipes, copper pipes, stainless steel pipes, aluminium-plastic composite pipes, plastic coated steel pipes and ductile iron pipes.

 

Sealing rings can be made of different materials according to different fluid media.

 

Ductile iron is usually used in pipe joints and corrosion resistant stainless steel or copper can be used in special occasions.
